Working out has been part of my routine since I was about 16 years old. I think everyone should do it, and specifically, they should lift weights.

I'm trying this public tracking as an accountability method and a demonstration of what can be accomplished in the weight room if you just stick to what matters consistently over a long stretch of time.
I think a sick lifetime goal would be the "2-3-4-5 club:" OHP 200, Bench 300, Squat 400, Deadlift 500. Probably need to put on 15-25lbs to make that possible, but who knows. Regardless, progress >> achievement.

Stats: 25yo, 175lbs, 5'11"
Main lifts: Squat, Bench, Overhead Press (OHP), Deadlift, Weighted Chin Ups, Barbell Rows
Set & Rep Scheme: Varies, but standard is 3 sets of 5 reps. Deadlift just one hard 5-rep set.
Weights listed are for 3x5 unless otherwise noted.
- Week 1: Squat 215; Bench 195; Deadlift 255; OHP 95; Chin Ups +35
